During the months of July and August, online orders will ship out every WEDNESDAY (subject to change), so please keep that in mind when placing your order. The order cut-off will be every Tuesday @ midnight PST. Orders placed after this deadline will likely ship the following Wednesday, so please plan accordingly. Made-to-order items (see below for details) will continue to have a 1-2 week production turnaround time.
Our shop is open and we are here to fulfill your orders! Please note that shipping carriers are still dealing with an unprecedented volume of shipments and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19. Shipping delays are common. We appreciate your patience during these times!
Most of our items are fulfilled from our studio in Long Beach, California. These items include paper goods (including greeting cards and art prints), stickers, pins and magnets, candles, and tea towels.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Always double-check the item listing to be sure, but cell phone cases, tee shirts, tank tops, aprons, drinkware and mugs, and baby onesies are made to order. They will ship separately from the rest of your order and have a 1-2 week production time. That means your item is being made just for you!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
We ship to all 50 states via USPS first class parcel post (3-5 days transit time) and USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days transit time), and UPS Ground (1-7 days transit times). All domestic orders over $100 ship free!
*Please note that these shipping times are an estimate provided by each carrier. We cannot guarantee them, and once the item is in their possession, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping. Do not be alarmed if after checking tracking info, your item hasn't been updated for a few days. Processing through the USPS system is taking longer than normal due to Covid-19.
We ship internationally via USPS First Class International (delivery times vary by location). Some customers have been experiencing delays of up to a couple of months due to customs.
CUSTOMS FEES: Cartoules Press is not responsible for any international import fees or taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase with us.

If your order is a gift, please let us know in the NOTES section at checkout! Otherwise, pricing information may be included on the packing slip.
Additionally, if you'd like us to provide a gift note for the recipient, please include your message and how you'd like it to be signed in the notes section as well.
APPAREL (Adult and kid tees, tanks and baby onesies)
Apparel items are made to order, and therefore cannot be canceled or altered after the order has been placed. They are made especially for you, and therefore cannot be returned, nor exchanged. They are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Please double check sizes and descriptions in the listings carefully before placing your order.

SHOP GOODS (excluding apparel)
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us for returns and exchanges (see details below on exchanges). Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted on unopened items in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping. Once we've received the returned item, funds to be posted to your account (minus the original shipping fees). We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail and recommend using a carrier who can provide you with tracking information.
If for some reason you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your item has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to refund your order. If your item has already shipped, then, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancelations to your order.
Exchanges will be treated as a return and new order. Please initiate the return process above (after having contacted us), and reorder the desired items from our website as a new transaction.
Damaged Items in Transit
Please contact us immediately if any part of your order arrives damaged or broken. Please send an email with your order number and photographs of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to either refund you for this item or send a replacement as soon as possible.
Additional Store Policies
Store credit can only be applied to product. It cannot be applied to shipping charges or other sales fees.
